 Red Arrows Talk Conclusion (below)
three words - Drop Dead BrillianT!
I went along to a talk on the Red Arrows given by Guy at my local U3A. This was an excellent talk and certainly the best that I have been to at the U3A. Guy knows his subject inside out and can put it across in such a way that he engages with everyone. He encourages questions and people did not hold back such was the good level of interest that Guy generated in the subject. A thoroughly interesting talk with good slide shows. Highly recommended.
We have had Guy talk to our group, Dartford Masonic Fellowship, twice first on the Red Arrows and the recent one was Concorde. Both were thoroughly researched and very interesting. We will be inviting him to speak again next year. Very very good Enjoyed by men and women alike
This was a truly excellent talk, extremely well informed yet able to explain aspects of the aircraft and associated systems at a level suitable for everyone in the audience. The clips shown were really exciting and enjoyed by all. We all came away having learned something about stealth aircraft and having had a very interesting afternoon.I can highly recommend Guy in the Sky. We will definitely invite him back to speak again.
Guy has presented to our group on two occasions. Both times his talk has been extremely well received and all of our members, both male and female, have commented on his approachable nature and the way his enthusiasm brings the talks to life. Guy has all his own equipment and the presentations include both slides and video footage. He never rushes off and always has time to answer questions at the end. One of the best, if not the best, speakers we have ever had in the past five years. We will be inviting him back - that's definite.
